Our second breeding bitch is Dafra du Royaume des Feux Noirs called Koko. She was born on 23.09.2008 in France.

Koko is a daughter of my male dog Cheki. She like her father is a square dog with a solid bone structure. Her body is muscular and she has a beautiful broad skull. Koko is descendant of an excellent breeding line. From both sides one grandparent received the ultimate French award Elite A.

Koko’s mother Beya is a lovely and beautiful dog with solid bone structure. She shows a balanced character and is open-minded to humans and animals. Koko’s father Cheki shows the same characteristics; he is proud, powerful and his franc approach makes him self-assured, gentle and fearless.

The complete litter was homogeneous and Koko's brothers and sisters are developing into beautiful and self-assured Beaucerons. Koko and one of her brothers are already x-rayed and certified clear of hip dysplasia.

Koko is like Cheki a self-assured and strong bitch and defends her area since a very young age. She is very determined and knows how to achieve her goal. Her behaviour varies from impetuous to gently and affectionate - especially with children or babies. In France the Beauceron is also called “pot of glue”, which means he sticks to his master like glue – this description is very characteristic of Koko. Of all my dogs, she is the one who wants to be cuddled the most. In the evenings she always keeps physical contact with me or my husband. Once I stop petting her, she nudges promptly with her nose which means “please continue”. If this does not help, she starts licking my hand and comes closer to convince me.

She has a lot of fun running through meadows and fields with Chaya, playing in the typical way of a Beauceron – playfully fighting and bumping into Chaya.

Koko is obedient, but not yet 100%. She has her own mind and wants to be convinced that it makes sense to obey. She is like her father – first she is reflecting why and than she is completely dedicated. She is romping over rough and smooth and loves to play around. With other dogs she is very social – doesn’t matter male or female. She loves to please me.
However, I want to mention the one bad habit she has. Koko loves to wallow in excrements with a devotion which I have rarely seen in my life.

On exhibitions she shows a harmonic and powerful pace and has always been winner in her class. She is a typical, athletic female Beauceron.
